Bill proposes moving Department of Criminal Justice headquarters to ATX

A bill filed in the Texas House of Representatives earlier this month proposes moving the headquarters of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to Austin.  The headquarters is currently located in Huntsville, but the department does have a location in Austin. Gov. Perry commits to business tax exemption
