Shortly after announcing that they will be taking on $156.6 million worth of student housing developments, American Campus Communities Inc. announced that they have added another project near the University of Texas at Arlington campus.

The new project is costing another $25 million and will offer 488 beds to college students.  The off-campus four-story student housing community is within walking distance of campus and features a pool, fitness center, internet cafe, lounge, and patio.

The building will have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units with private bathrooms.  The community will begin offering leases in September and is expected to be occupied in time for fall 2012.
